This is not a sales advertisement, but rather, just a personal recommendation for a magazine that I find full of great pictures and reader stories of families of what is called the “Good Ol’ Days”. The magazine really shows pictures and stories from the early 1900’s through the 1960’s. I find the pictures and stories of the readers from the days of my childhood (1950’s) full of found memories that I can relate to. What really stikes me is how much these readers seem to remember, vividly! Often their stories will spark my own similar memories, but I find it hard to remember things as well as they do. Even more surprising to me is the older readers, more of my parents age, who remember stories of their youth with such vivid detail! I wish I could remember as well and write as well as many of them.
